We coach leaders and teams to see, think and act systemically

Facilitate high-performance teaming

Enabling teams to be more productive

Is effective collaboration missing from your team dynamic? Our team coaching programs enable teams to have powerful, meaningful interactions. Ideal for teams working on multidimensional projects, trying to satisfy competing stakeholders, or working to stretch targets, our hands-on programs strengthen ways of working by eliminating silos and enhancing voices.

We coach teams to think strategically and act successfully. We help them to step back, map the human system in which they operate, identify behavioural norms and expectations in an objective way, and make wise choices about how to build effective relationships. We coach them in the art of dialogue, develop self-awareness, and learn to recognise their own conversation patterns and decode others’. Being able to apply this skill in real-time interactions enables teams to ‘read’ each situation and respond accordingly.

The result is a group flow that is greater than the sum of its individuals. When teams are equipped to be agile collaborators, the organisation benefits from more effective cross-function conversations. You’ll share a common vocabulary – promoting culture, strengthening team dynamic, driving organisational outcomes and releasing the rich capabilities that each member brings to the team.

Leadership Coaching

Coaching leaders to navigate complexity successfully

Are you looking for a step change in how you lead yourself, others and your organisation?

We partner with leaders to navigate organisational challenges, to discover and practice new ways of engaging and collaborating with their teams, their peers, managers, and other important stakeholders Our solutions support leaders to develop self- awareness relative to context and understand impact on others. They learn to recognise when their buttons are pushed, how to lower the stakes for themselves and for others by recognising and changing old narratives that don’t serve them anymore.

We help them to step back and see the system in which they operate and, in doing so, create new avenues and possibilities to influence change and drive outcomes; in effect, to operate more strategically.

We bring to our clients a way of working that is empathetic, thoughtful and unwaveringly challenging. We hold the uncomfortable space with compassion to bring about change.

We use a range of assessment tools as needed including LSI, The Leadership Circle, Kantor Structural Dynamics and Hogan Scales Inventory

Dialogue Facilitation

Using dialogue to produce different outcomes

Do you want more out of your annual offsites or meetings?

There are times when the old ways of having meetings or offsites don’t produce the needed outcomes. Particularly so when there’s a need for a step change in strategy, to tackle ingrained behaviours that are standing in the way of cultural change, or solving a sticky problem in cross functional groups.

We facilitate dialogue to support leaders to listen deeply to one another, adopt enquiry as a way of exploring unchartered territory and achieve group flow that is greater than the sum of individuals. Our approach builds psychological safety to draw out all voices and encourage robust engagement without personal judgement. We equip leaders with the skills they need to be able to step into this space and we facilitate in a way that attends both to the quality of dialogue as well as to the generation of outcomes.

Sharpening coaching practice

Using reflective practice for continuous development

Are your change leaders looking for a way to review and enhance their own coaching practice in your organisation?

We offer peer group learning and development programs to support your change leaders to hone their coaching practice. We draw on evidence-based models to support whole of system thinking as well as practical coaching approaches that can uplift strategic system thinking and dialogue skills in action. A peer group environment enhances learning through the transfer of knowledge and multiple perspectives.
