Denis Healy

Over the past 25 years Denis has provided coaching to a wide group of executives including federal cabinet ministers, chairmen and CEOs of publicly listed organisations, partners and managing partners of the big four accounting firms, secretaries and deputy secretaries within both state and Australian public service organisations, as well as large numbers of middle management executives. He has over 10,000 hours of 'one on one' meetings with executives.

Denis commenced his career with IBM. Following several years as a successful sales executive, he was a presenter on IBM's Presidential and Executive Education programs, was Manager of Marketing Training, and the Branch Manager for South Australia. He then had stints as Asia Pacific Vice President for two global IT organisations.

In 1991 Denis established his own consultancy practice, Pepworldwide, to respond to a gap he identified in the marketplace – helping individuals increase their efficiency and effectiveness by adopting 'best practice' around work habits and processes. Denis expanded the business to all major markets in Australia and New Zealand and established partnerships in Japan, Singapore, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, Korea, Hong Kong and greater China. He recently sold his interests in this practice to his former partners.

Denis’s specific expertise is working with senior executives to get beyond the 'noise' of current limiting behaviours, to illuminate their underlying causes, and to identify actions and resources to create permanent change. In particular, he loves working with people who want to develop the “best possible version” of themselves.
