In more recent years she has supported a wide range of executive teams and individuals to transform their style and approaches in order to effectively lead performance-focused and values-driven cultures. Karen builds rapport and trust quickly through her clear insights into people and situations her sensible counsel and her ability to encourage people to find alternate ways to ‘be’ and ‘do’ whilst remaining authentic. She helps people to find and leverage their strengths to build their skills, confidence and well-being, and to address potential work and life ‘derailing’ habits and behaviours.

She has successfully partnered with many clients in the development and implementation of strategies and programs to drive organisational and individual effectiveness. She guides people through significant change and contributes to the delivery of business results. Much of her work has involved the human implications of major organisational transitions including mergers, acquisitions, restructures, business growth ventures and culture change programs.

Karen’s approach is practical and her style open, direct and engaging. A strong advocate for living a rich and meaningful life Karen balances her work with time for family, health and learning.
